Yogi Wear LLC and South Beach Yoga Wear want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy you may send back your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
- Returned items must be returned in new condition with tags left on.
- Items must not have been washed, altered or worn.
- Merchandise must be in sellable condition.
Please follow these instructions to get a full refund:
- Email customer service at [email protected] , be sure to include your order number from the merchandise that you wish to return and the reason for your return. You will receive a RA number from our customer service team via email. If you wish you may also call us at 1-844-883-6606.
- Keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip
- Indicate the RA number that you received from our customer service representative on the outside of the return box, and make sure its visible
- If a shipping label is needed, customer service can supply one for a fee of $5.00. Please request your shipping label at the same time you request your return.
- Drop the package off at your nearest UPS drop off location and be sure to attached the shipping label.
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive your merchandise and process your refund.
- Yogi Wear LLC and South Beach Yoga Wear are not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery and a tracking number
